黄单孢菌TYG琼脂

英文名：1160 Dubos agar with filter paper

Dubos Salts Medium (ATCC medium: 1160 / DSMZ Medium 1161 / 1160 Dubos agar with filter paper)主要用于Cellvibrio fulvus的分离培养。

Preparation of Medium:

Add components, except filter paper, to distilled/deionized water and bring volume to 1.0L. Mix thoroughly. Adjust pH to 7.0. Gently heat while stirring and bring to boiling. Distribute into tubes or flasks. Autoclave for 15 min at 15 psi pressure 121°C. Pour into sterile Petri dishes or leave in tubes. For tubes allow to solidify on a slant. When the agar has solidified, place a strip of sterile filter paper on to the surface of each slope. Inoculate on to the filter paper.

Use: For the cultivation of Cellvibrio spp.

1. 注意无菌操作，避免微生物污染。

2. 根据菌株生长特性，可适当调整pH值。

3. 该培养基仅用于科研领域，不宜用于临床诊断或其它用途。

4. 称量时注意粉尘，佩戴口罩操作以避免引起呼吸道系统不适。

5. 干粉培养基使用后立即旋紧瓶盖，避免吸潮结块。未开封产品保质期三年，开封后根据存放条件的不同保质时间存在一定的差异。
