Human PDGF R beta, Fc Tag  is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Leu 33 - Phe 530 .

蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 83.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 100-120 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.

>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

电泳（SDS-PAGE）

Human PDGF R beta, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.

活性（Bioactivity）-ELISA

Immobilized Human PDGF-BB, Tag Freeat 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human PDGF R beta, Fc Tag  with a linear range of 0.6-10 ng/mL (QC tested).
