蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 19.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 19-30 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to different glycosylation.

>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

电泳（SDS-PAGE）

Mouse SCF, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.

活性（Bioactivity）-ELISA

Immobilized Human CD117, Fc Tag at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Mouse SCF, His Tag  with a linear range of 0.05-1 ng/mL (QC tested).
